When your spine is aligned, brain-to-body signals travel clearly, helping every part of your body function better. What kinds of problems can chiropractic care help with?Patients often notice improvements in posture, mobility, headaches, back or neck pain, tingling in the arms or legs, stress management, energy levels, and overall well-being.What causes spinal misalignments? They often come from physical stress (like posture, accidents, or sports injuries), chemical stress (poor diet, toxins, inflammation), or emotional stress (tension, poor sleep, worry). What is the Activator Method? The Activator Method is a gentle, instrument-based adjusting technique that safely restores spinal alignment and improves brain-to-body communication without twisting, popping, or cracking. Is chiropractic care safe?Yes.
